An old stone house from 1880, completely renovated in 2017, is located in a small village Pilati near Pazin in the heart of Istria. The house of 200 m2 contains everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 10 people (8+2), and a fenced garden of 500 m2 with a swimming pool provides peace and maximum privacy.
The ideal position in the center of Istria allows you to plan additional contents, from cultural and artistic, sports, historical to gastro tourism, because all known locations are 2 - 40 km away. And if you want to expand your horizons, the place is ideal for planning day trips to more distant places such as Pula, Rovinj or Umag.
Villa Patrick can accommodate up to 10 people (optimally 8), and offers you maximum comfort. There are four comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms - each room has its own air conditioning and satellite TV; common living room with fireplace and satellite TV, shared bathroom, large kitchen with all modern appliances and open dining area for 10 people. The outdoor area features a terrace with a swimming pool, two seating areas, a BBQ, a children’s playground, a garden and a covered car park for 4 cars. Wi-fi is free.
